Vincent brings a rich background as both an athlete and a coach. As a player, he participated in the Nevada ODP, was part of the All-State First Team with a state record for most assists at Foothill, attended USL trials, completed 6 NFL workouts (as a kicker/punter), and played professional rugby with the Raptors. As a coach, he has over 8 years of experience working with athletes from academy, college, and professional levels across three sports: Soccer (USL/MLS), Football (NFL), and Rugby (MLR Super Rugby). He holds a “D” License, a Level 3 Goalkeeper License, and certifications as a Strength and Speed Coach. Born and raised in Vegas.

Adrian has built his coaching career through valuable experiences: working at Iowa Wesleyan University (NAIA – 2021/22), leading the Arkansas Wolves U23 (UPSL – 2022/23), and coaching the Little Rock Rangers U23 (UPSL – 2023/24). He is currently part of the Las Vegas Legends (NISA Nation – 2024/25). His achievements include receiving the Hustler Award (2021) at Iowa Wesleyan University and earning first-team selections during his tenures with both the Wolves and the Rangers. Born and raised in Vegas.

Haiko distinguished himself early on as a four-year varsity letterman, a two-time MVP, and a two-year team captain, earning All-League and All-Southern Nevada honors. He continued his career at the collegiate level, playing two years at UCCS before transferring to Biola University, where he helped lead the team to back-to-back national tournaments and a conference championship in his final season. After college, he returned to Las Vegas to play for the Las Vegas Legends, contributing significantly to three NISA Nation titles, one NPSL Division championship, and a NISA Nation Western Region title. Born and raised in Vegas.

Ethan has a strong competitive background, highlighted by his performance at the University of Redlands where he set records and earned individual awards, followed by his time at Division 1 Utah Valley University. His impressive performances in USL 2, UPSL, and currently with the Las Vegas Legends underline his versatility and commitment to the sport. I’m new to the next level team , so far I can said that the coaches are really good they are well prepared to help you in the developments each player need , my case they are. Helping me on control the ball and other techniques they really focus on each player I will recommend it 100 %
My son loves the training and feels like he is learning something new each session! The coaches are wonderful and very patience with the kids. I am glad that we joined NLA.
Jasper loves training with NLA! He has been to 2 sessions plus the free session, and we already see his confidence with the ball improving. He has been to a few other private trainers and I think we found the place to continue his development. Chase and the group really encourage the players throughout the drills and make it a fun environment.
Adrian my son just finished his 5th week i believe and I can see so much progress. He is more confident and he controls the ball more and his kicks are stronger! All the coaches are doing an amazing job with their hard work and dedication they put in this academy. Just got to say speechless. Every drill, every exercise my child is pushing. It’s such a healthy and welcoming environment. Chase and his staff are one of a kind. The way they talk to the children and motivate them to push their selves and be happy while they are doing it. Super stoked to continue my child’s growth surrounded by so many talented coaches and kids !
