No refunds will be issued after the program start date, except in cases of season cancellation by NLA or verified season‑ending injury with a doctor’s note. Refunds requested before the season starts may be issued minus a $25 admin fee. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to nextlevelathletics702@gmail.com

All programs require a 2‑month minimum commitment. Monthly plans auto‑bill and must be paid for the full 2‑month period before cancellation is allowed.

To cancel after the 2‑month minimum, provide 30 days’ written notice using the cancellation form on the website. Verbal, text, or social media cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Payments are due on the date started each month. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee if not received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 14 days, the player will be removed from the program until account is current.

Sessions must be booked via the online booking system. Players who do not book a session may not be guaranteed a spot. Missed booked sessions are not refundable and do not roll over unless a medical excuse is provided.
